The problem is that emotional skills can be hard to discern in a job interview, and there are few opportunities to strengthen them in an intentional way after someone is hired. In my experience, performance and engagement challenges have less to do with “hard skills” and more to do with how one feels about themselves, their situation, and those they work with.

Without emotional skills conflicts flare up because employees are not able to accurately read the needs of others.

First, we use the EQ-i 2.0 Assessment which includes both personal and interpersonal intelligence across five key areas: 

Self-perception
self-regard, self-actualization, emotional self-awareness

interpersonal relationships, empathy, social responsibility

Decision making
problem solving, reality testing, impulse control

  • design a clear and actionable strategy that focuses on three areas to overcome their biggest obstacles.

  • get them the feedback necessary for them to develop their emotional skills. 

  • identify any additional support to strengthen their skills. 

We make it happen in three phases:

  1. You and I qualify your participant in our introductory call.

  2. I supply your participant the secure online Assessment link and upon completion they receive their confidential EQ-i 2.0 Report. 

  3. Your participant and I co-create a tailored Actionable Strategy.

The end result, your employee receives:

  • Feedback from EQ-i 2.0, the world’s most effective emotional assessment tool, backed by decades of research, and a Level B instrument administered only by Certified EQ-i practitioners.

  • The Actionable Strategy, shareable with you and the participant’s manager.

  • The one-on-one 90 minute post-Assessment session on Zoom to craft their Actionable Strategy.

Before we start participants are given the opportunity to ask me any questions before taking the Assessment.

The Assessment takes 15-20 minutes to complete and is accessed via a secure online link.
